Journal support
For questions about an active manuscript, authors should use the journal platform and include the manuscript identifier whenever possible so the editorial office can locate the correct record.
General enquiries
For general AHFE Discovery Journal questions, use the official support email displayed on this page. Conference-specific questions should be directed to the relevant AHFE conference administration.
Integrity and publishing questions
Questions involving authorship, review, publication ethics or corrections should include sufficient factual detail for the journal office to assess the issue while respecting confidentiality.
What to include when requesting help
Include the manuscript identifier, the submission stage, a concise description of the issue and any relevant dates. Avoid sending participant-level sensitive data or full unpublished manuscripts through informal channels when the secure journal workspace can be used.
