International exchange
The AHFE Conference Series brings together researchers and practitioners across a broad range of human-centered disciplines and application areas.
Connected scholarship
Conference participation and journal publication are distinct scholarly routes. The Discovery Journal provides a continuous journal workflow, while AHFE conferences provide time-bounded forums for presentation, discussion and community building.

Conference and journal routes
Conference papers follow the relevant meeting’s schedules and proceedings requirements. Journal manuscripts are assessed in a distinct editorial workflow; participation in an AHFE event does not automatically meet journal peer-review or publication requirements.
